Inner Sleeves
Our Inner Sleeves are made from high quality Eco-Friendly and FSC-certified paper and cardboard. We use Eco-Friendly and Vegan inks for printing.
Standard Unprinted Inner Sleeves
These are made from high quality FSC-certified paper or cardboard in white, black or brown without a print. You can use them in this way or, if desired, sticker or stamp them. It is also possible to order them without varnish or unglued so that you can (screen) print or paint them yourself.
Standard Inner Sleeves are made from 80 or 90 GSM offset paper. The Discobags are 230 GSM and have a semi gloss varnish as standard or can be delivered inside out.
We recommend the Polylined and Katta sleeves for optimum protection of your Vinyl. These are lined or made from a thin layer biodegradable anti static plastic.
Inner Sleeves/Discobags | 1C | One Color Printed
Printed in One Color means that you print on the white paper with one color ink. For special colors, the Sleeves can also be printed with Pantone ink. Printed Inner Sleeves are normally made from 150 GSM Omnibulk paper, Discobags are of thicker 230 GSM Arktika or 225 GSM Kraft Pack cardboard which are also often used as an outer cover for 12″/ maxi-singles.
Inner Sleeves/Discobags | 4C | Full Color Color Printed
Full Color printing means that almost anything is possible in terms of colors. For special colors, the Inner Sleeves/Discobags can also be printed with Pantone ink.
