We will use this “Vinyl Info Sheet” as the blueprint for your project.
Be sure that all information is accurate and correct to avoid mistakes.

Please provide us with the exact order, song names and individual song length of your release here. Specify the song / track position as A1, A2, B1... etc. Enter the time in minutes and seconds in the following way: 1.23, 2.45, 5.57 ... etc.

Standard Cut:
Quality is most important to me and I want the best cut possible. If necessary, I am willing to accept corrections of volume and frequency content according to the cutting engineers expert opinion. We will still always try to make it sound as close to the master source as possible.

Loud Cut:
Loudness is most important to me and reasonable distortion is acceptable. If the master contains lots of high end, this may need to be reduced in order to cut loud.

Visual Track Markers*

Please can you also confirm if you require audible (visual gaps) tracks markers? (the darker rings between the tracks on a record) If you deliver the tracks separately, track markers are added automatically. If you supply the different sides of the record as one track/file (File Side A/ File Side B), indicate by means of the track list and running times where the track markers should be added.

We need a Mechanical License to (re)produce your Records. From a legal perspective we are not allowed to ship your Records before we have this license. You can request one from the copyright organization you are associated with.

NEED A MECHANICAL LICENSE?

To obtain the license for the (re)production of your Records please contact the copyright organization you are associated with. Most times you will be able to get just a Mechanical License for free without any membership.

If you are not a member of a foreign organization, go to www.bumastemra.nl and click the ‘’Portal’’ logo, top left. (When the page opens click English, top right). Now you will be enabled to create your portal account to apply for licenses.

Start with ‘’I have no account’’ and follow instructions. As soon as your account has been created you will have access to the portal. By opening it you will be able to register all necessary information to obtain the license you require. Just start with ''Request License'' and you will be guided through the application.
