About Deepgrooves

We love music and we love vinyl. For most independent labels something was missing. For years we struggled with the challenge surrounding ordering minimal runs of records that needed to be pressed, waiting lines, complex processes, lack of communication, waste of materials and the lack of quality of the records. These disappointing experiences triggered us to create a better solution and different approach: Deepgrooves was founded late September 2017.

Deepgrooves founded by Chris Roorda, is located in the former prison in Leeuwarden called Blokhuispoort. After an unfortunate bankruptcy of Deepgrooves B.V. in October 2024 Arnoud Aalbersberg (Vinyl collector and DJ, serial entrepreneur, Random Vinyl label and events) acquired the assets and restarted with Credible Music B.V. and keeping the Deepgrooves trade name.

Together with a dedicated team of music enthusiasts that have many years of experience within the music industry, Deepgrooves aims to create a new and unique standard in Vinyl pressing by giving your music the attention it deserves!

• We remove the labels from incorrectly pressed records and turn the remaining vinyl parts into recycled granules.

• We ship our packages 100% carbon neutral and larger shipments are sent on a pallet made of recycled wood with biodegradable wrapping/shrink made from 50% sugar cane.
