Our Pressing Plant is located in a former prison and our Logistics Center is located in an old church. Two inspiring workplaces where we proudly press and pack the greenest vinyl records in the world! Our international team consists of about 40 people and operates all over the world.

Function
As an operator, you will be engaged in tasks such as checking our finished product and monitoring the progress of orders and shipments over the production process. You will also be concerned with identifying and correcting any errors and/or deviations. Operating and maintaining the machines, quality assurance, checking the pressed vinyl records and keeping control of the stock positions are tasks that come up in this position. In addition, you will take responsibility for the production process, supervise other employees as necessary, and perform minor administrative tasks.

In addition, you ensure that safety within the company is monitored, and you go along with the week / month / year objectives. You inform your colleagues about mutations within the process, think about improvement and consult with the planning department so that production does not come to a standstill. You always ensure consistency in the process.
