Release Info Sheet
In order not to make mistakes in important details of your order, we ask you to fill in the Release Info Sheet. With this form we create a project in our systems, which starts your order. Fill in the relevant form for your order. If you have ordered multiple sound carriers, fill in a different form for each. (Vinyl / CD / Cassette). After submitting this form, you will receive an email with all necessary information about uploading your files to us.
- You cannot start new orders with this form. Only complete the form if you have already received a quote/invoice for your project or have been given permission to start a project. You can place new orders via our website or via your account manager.
- Please complete this form only once per project! If you have changes to a project, please let us know via support@deepgrooves.eu
- We will ignore any erroneous or duplicate projects.
